Professionalism, Passion, Expertise Carrboro Coffee Company is a locally owned and operated company, run by a dedicated staff of coffee professionals. CCC staff consults farmers in coffee growing countries, judge espresso on the international stage as WBC (World Barista Competition) certified judges, and are SCAA certified in espresso techniques and maintenance, brewing fundamentals, sensory evaluation, and coffee cupping. They have also worked, trained, and competed as baristi for years, coaching many others to recognition along the way.

Our Roast Masters are true artisans. Relying on decades of experience, they use their acutely-trained senses, in conjunction with technical control of the coffee roaster, to to find each varietal's optimal roast level, allowing every selection to be at its best in the cup.
